All deliveries are handled by our in-house team to ensure a smooth, professional setup from start to finish. ♻️ Furniture Removal Service

We offer furniture removal when purchasing a new sofa from us!

Removal is free when your old furniture is already outside the home (garage, driveway, or curb) and in donation-ready condition.

Donation-ready means no major rips, stains, smoke or animal odor, heavy pet hair, or broken frames/springs.

All usable items are donated to the First Reformed Church Furniture Ministry, which delivers furniture directly to families in need throughout Milwaukee.

If your furniture needs to be removed from inside the home, the pricing is as follows:

In-Home Removal Pricing

• Up to 4 seats: $39
  
• 5 seats or more: $59
  

If your furniture is not donatable, disposal is $25 per seat cushion to cover safe handling and dump costs.

Our delivery team removes old furniture during your scheduled delivery.

Warranty does not apply to refurbished sofas marked "Refurbished."

When you place a preorder, your sofa is reserved from our next incoming truckload.

We’ll keep you updated on the expected arrival date, and as soon as the shipment arrives, we’ll schedule your delivery right away.

Preorders include FREE delivery, so you can relax knowing your sofa is secured and will be brought straight to your home as soon as it’s in stock.
