Most of our pieces are available for same-day delivery across Southeast Wisconsin, or we can hold your furniture for a future delivery date that works best for you.

We use our in-house delivery team and trucks to ensure a smooth, professional experience from start to finish. Our team will bring your furniture inside, assemble everything (including attaching legs, connecting sectional pieces, and setting up items), and place it exactly where you want it.

Furniture Removal

Free Furniture Removal With Purchase

We offer free furniture removal when you purchase a sofa from us!

Your old sofa must be in good, donation-ready condition—no major rips, stains, smoke or animal smell, pet hair, or frame/spring damage.

All eligible furniture is donated to the First Reformed Church Furniture Ministry, which provides sofas to families in need throughout Milwaukee.

If your sofa is damaged, ripped, stained, or has smoke odors, we charge $25 per seat cushion for disposal.

Our delivery team will remove your old sofa at the time of your new delivery.

Warranty

Your new sofa purchase is backed by a one-year limited warranty on the frame, springs, cushions, and fabric -- This applies to our Brand New Sofas marked "NEW"

Warranty does not apply to refurbished sofas marked "Refurbished."

Refund Policy

Your peace of mind matters. If you're not satisfied at delivery, you can decline it for a full refund before signing off.
