Replacing old furniture? We can help remove eligible items during your delivery and give donation-ready furniture a second chance.
Mattress Removal: Donation-ready mattresses must be clean and free of exposed springs, major sagging, or deep body impressions. Please place the mattress in a plastic mattress bag before pickup.

What If My Furniture Isn’t Donation-Ready?
If your furniture does not meet the donation-ready requirements, we may still be able to remove it for an additional fee.
Upholstered Furniture: $30 per seat cushion for upholstered furniture. For example, removal of a three-seat sofa is $90. A chaise counts as two cushions.
Mattresses: Non-donatable mattresses may be removed for $100.
Our delivery team will inspect the item at pickup and confirm whether a removal fee applies. You may also choose to keep the item and dispose of it yourself instead.
