Fontaine's Furniture Grand Opening Giveaway — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The Fontaine's Furniture Grand Opening Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Fontaine's Furniture, located at 14666 W National Avenue, New Berlin, Wisconsin (the “Sponsor”).

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, Shopify, or Klaviyo.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old and reside within a 40-mile radius of Fontaine's Furniture, located at 14666 W National Avenue, New Berlin, Wisconsin.

Employees of Fontaine's Furniture and their immediate family or household members are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on [OFFICIAL START DATE AND TIME] and ends on [OFFICIAL END DATE AND TIME].

All times are Central Time (CT).

Entries received after the deadline will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter, visit www.fontainesfurniture.com and complete the official Grand Opening Giveaway entry form.

Participants must provide accurate contact information so Fontaine's Furniture can verify eligibility and contact potential winners.

• Limit one (1) entry per person.
• No purchase is necessary.
• Purchasing furniture does not increase the chances of winning.
• Subscribing to marketing emails or text messages is not required.
• Duplicate, fraudulent, or automated entries may be disqualified.

All eligible entries have an equal chance of winning.

5. Giveaway Prizes

Two (2) winners will be selected.

Each winner will have the opportunity to choose one of the following prizes:

• One sectional sofa, valued up to $2,500.
• One mattress, valued up to $2,500.

Each winner may select either prize category, subject to product availability and the $2,500 retail value limit.

The maximum combined retail value of the two prizes is $5,000.

Prizes must be selected from eligible merchandise offered by Fontaine's Furniture. Any selected item exceeding the $2,500 maximum value is subject to Sponsor approval and any additional amount agreed upon by the winner.

Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or redeemed for store credit.

Winners are responsible for applicable taxes.

6. Free Prize Delivery

Delivery of the winning sectional or mattress is included at no additional charge for eligible delivery addresses within 40 miles of the Fontaine's Furniture showroom.

Delivery will be scheduled based on availability and coordinated directly with each winner.

Delivery outside the eligible service area is not included.

Furniture removal, unusual access requirements, and additional services are not included unless specifically approved by Fontaine's Furniture.

7. Winner Selection

Two (2) winners will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The drawing will take place on [DRAWING DATE AND TIME — CENTRAL TIME].

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Potential winners will be contacted using the phone number or email address submitted with their entry.

Potential winners must respond within 48 hours of notification and confirm their eligibility. If a selected winner does not respond within that period, declines the prize, or is determined to be ineligible, Fontaine's Furniture may randomly select an alternate winner.

8. Public Winner Announcement

The two confirmed winners will be publicly announced through Fontaine's Furniture's official website and/or social media channels.

By accepting a prize, winners acknowledge that their first name, last initial, city, and prize may be announced publicly, to the extent permitted by law.

Any additional use of photographs, videos, testimonials, or other identifying information will be subject to appropriate permission.

9. $100 Grand Opening Voucher

Every eligible Giveaway entrant will receive a $100 Fontaine's Furniture promotional voucher.

The voucher is valid through November 14, 2026, and may be redeemed toward eligible furniture purchases at Fontaine's Furniture.

Voucher conditions:

• One voucher per eligible entrant.
• The voucher expires November 14, 2026.
• The voucher cannot be redeemed for cash.
• The voucher cannot be transferred or sold.
• The voucher cannot be applied to previous purchases.
• [CONFIRM ANY MINIMUM PURCHASE, PRODUCT EXCLUSIONS, AND WHETHER THE VOUCHER CAN BE COMBINED WITH OTHER PROMOTIONS.]

Receiving or redeeming the voucher does not affect an entrant's chances of winning.

No marketing subscription is required to receive the voucher.

10. Privacy and Marketing Consent

Information collected through the Giveaway entry form will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, distribute vouchers, contact winners, and coordinate prize fulfillment.

Fontaine's Furniture may separately offer entrants the opportunity to subscribe to promotional emails and SMS messages.

Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of entering the Giveaway, receiving a voucher, or winning a prize.

Entrants who do not consent to marketing communications remain fully eligible.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Fontaine's Furniture Privacy Policy.

11. Taxes and Prize Reporting

Winners are responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with accepting a prize.

Fontaine's Furniture may request information necessary to satisfy applicable tax reporting requirements and may issue required tax forms.

12. General Conditions

Fontaine's Furniture reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, automated, duplicated, or otherwise violate these Official Rules.

If circumstances beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control interfere with the fair administration of the Giveaway, Fontaine's Furniture may modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion as permitted by law.

The Sponsor is not responsible for technical issues, internet interruptions, or incorrect contact information that prevents an entry from being received or a winner from being notified, except as otherwise required by law.

All decisions regarding eligibility and prize administration will be made in accordance with these Official Rules and applicable law.
